- All private fees attract VAT at 20%
- Consultation Fee – £125 plus VAT at 20%
- Fixed Fee divorce without financial settlement. This is known as undefended divorce – £1000 plus VAT at 20%
Where the divorce is contested, our fees are charged at hourly rate of £200 plus VAT at 20%
- Court fees is £612 (No VAT)
Finance and Children
- Our fees are charged on an hourly rate of £200/hour plus VAT at 20% Court fees would depend on the type of application.
Legal Aid
We offer legal aid funding in some areas of family law (if client is eligible)
